Governing public telemetry metrics, incident broadcasts, multi-location status reporting, and automated alerts.
The B A C Status Page (status.officialbac.in) provides real-time and historical operational status across our cloud infrastructure, core websites, customer dashboards, APIs, database pools, and Indian edge nodes.
Telemetry data is gathered via automated synthetic health probes executed at regular intervals (typically 30-second cycles). The Ahmedabad (IN-WEST-1) primary HQ node displays live hardware sensor readings (CPU load, RAM memory, storage partition space, gateway response times, Mongoose database pools).
Our Pan-India infrastructure model encompasses 21 edge location points for geographic routing demonstration and edge cluster mapping. While Ahmedabad functions as the active physical primary production node, all 21 regional nodes report independent status telemetry and uptime matrices.
Users subscribing to downtime alerts agree to receive electronic transmissions (Email via Brevo, Browser Web-Push via VAPID protocols, or HTTP Webhooks). We strive to deliver instant notifications upon detected downtime or incident creation; however, transmission speeds are subject to third-party telecommunication networks, ISP latencies, and device power-saving modes.
Public users and client monitoring agents may query our public status endpoint (/api/status) for operational health checks at reasonable intervals (maximum 1 request per 10 seconds). Excessive automated polling, Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or malicious scraping of telemetry endpoints is strictly prohibited and subject to automated IP blacklisting.
These terms and all operational telemetry services are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
