We are pleased to announce that the new Custom Domain Mapping System has now been successfully implemented and deployed.

The new platform has been designed to provide improved stability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Initial deployment has been completed successfully, and all core functionality is now operational.

We are currently in the Monitoring Phase, during which our team is closely observing system performance, stability, and overall reliability to ensure everything is working as expected under real-world usage.

Monitoring Schedule: The monitoring period will continue until 6:00 PM IST on 27th June. If no critical issues are identified during this period, we will officially declare the new Custom Domain Mapping System as a Stable Release.

Good News: New custom domain mappings are now available through the new system, and existing domains will continue to function normally. We recommend using the new mapping system for all future domain configurations.

We appreciate your patience and support throughout the development and deployment process. A final update confirming the Stable Release will be shared after the monitoring period is complete.

Our team has made significant progress in building the new platform, focusing on improved stability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Development and internal testing are continuing as planned, and we are working carefully to ensure the new system delivers a better experience for all users.

While we are not ready to announce an official launch date yet, we expect to do so soon as development progresses and testing milestones are completed.

Good News: Existing domains that were previously configured are not affected by the ongoing development work. All currently functioning domains will continue to operate normally while we prepare the new system for release.

Update

After extensive investigation, we have determined that the legacy custom domain mapping system cannot be reliably restored following the recent platform update.

As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue further work on the old system and begin development of a completely new custom domain mapping service. The new solution is being designed to be more stable, reliable, and easier to manage, while preventing the issues experienced with the previous implementation.

Development and testing of the new system are now underway. Our current target is to complete development, testing, and deployment by 29 June.

During this period, we may not provide additional updates unless there is a significant development to share. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while we work to deliver a better long-term solution.

To all BACs,

We are currently investigating an issue affecting custom domains on B A C Hosting.

After today's major platform update, the old custom domain mapping system stopped working. Because of this, new custom domains cannot be connected at the moment and may show Cloudflare Error 1014.

Custom domains that were connected before today's update are still working. However, we cannot guarantee how long they will continue to work while this issue is being investigated.

We will share more information as soon as it becomes available.

The issue was caused by configuration changes introduced during today's server update rollout. After identifying the affected configurations, our team successfully reimplemented and restored them. The Client Dashboard also experienced temporary issues during this period. All affected services have been restored and are operating normally. Incident: Main Website / Documentation & Status Sites Unavailable

The B A C Web Development Main Website, Documentation Site, and Status Site experienced an unexpected outage.
Initial investigations indicate that the issue was not caused by traffic overload. Historically, high traffic could temporarily affect stability, but services would automatically recover once traffic levels normalized.
During this incident, there were no signs of abnormal traffic spikes or reported system errors that would explain the downtime.
Services have now been restored and are currently operating normally.
Client websites and user websites hosted on B A C Hosting were not affected by this incident and remained fully operational throughout the event.
Our team is actively investigating the root cause of the incident and conducting further diagnostics to determine why the outage occurred despite normal operating conditions.
